Do you have yellow teeth? Are you always tired? Does your stomach hurt from the acid? Do you get the sweats? Shaky hands? Irritability? Anxiety perhaps? These are possible side effects to be aware of if you are over doing the coffee intake. I recently had to switch coffee brands because I was finding myself easily annoyed at random things. I even cussed at a squirrel, while walking my dog. This behavior is unusual for me, so I analyzed. … and sure enough it was from the coffee.
Currently drinking Dunkin’ Original Blend. I. luh. it. (They dropped the “Donuts”. Branding mistake in my opinion.)

Distortion. Confusion. Haze. Dry eyes. Dry face. Rancid breath. Heavy head. Frizzy Hair. Sensitive hearing. More rancid breath from anxious dog ready to go on a walk. Snooze alarm three going off. Brief analyzation of what day it is. Checks social media apps but can’t really see. What am I doing? Throws phone on bed. Why is it still dark outside? When is the time change again? COFFEE. Stumbles into kitchen. Vision unclear, but somehow finds the motor skills to complete the task of making coffee. Presses brew. Waits.

Note: Caffeine tolerance varies from person to person, and the more you drink the more your tolerance is built up.
Mayo Clinic suggests that consuming under 400mg of caffeine a day will NOT effect one’s health. There is approx. 95-100 milligrams in one cup of coffee.
I brew 8-10 cups every morning. I usually have anywhere form 2-3. And I won’t leave the house until I poop. Which reminds me…

The Medical Daily explains, “ Coffee—both regular and decaf, boosts our bodies’ production of the hormone gastrin, which in turn produces more stomach acid and pushes digestion.” Without coffee (and very strong probiotics) I would be a backed up bum with nothing to write about this week. Coffee gets things going.
